Enrico Winter is a small business under § 19 UStG (German VAT Act) and does not show VAT on his own invoices. The invoice for your subscription is not issued by him but by Paddle (see “Sales and billing”). Paddle shows the VAT applicable in your country and remits it.

Sales and billing

Paid subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd., Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom, as Merchant of Record. Paddle acts as a reseller: the purchase agreement for the subscription is formed between you and Paddle, and Paddle issues the invoice and remits VAT.

Withdrawal and refunds are therefore governed by Paddle’s terms. The use of Gigi Setlistmaker itself is governed by our Terms of Use.

Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
