Gigi Setlistmaker
Gigi Setlistmaker is provided by El Dedo Web- und Appdesign, owner Enrico Winter, c/o flexdienst – #22149, Kurt-Schumacher-Straße 74, 67663 Kaiserslautern, Germany. Full details are in the legal notice.
Gigi Setlistmaker is a web application for managing songs, lyrics, sheet music and setlists, and for displaying them in sync across several devices. The scope depends on the chosen plan.

On plans with several bands, all bands of an account share the songs, programs and member slots; you decide how to distribute them.
The applicable prices are shown to you during checkout before you buy, including the VAT applicable in your country. The price shown to you immediately before you submit the order is the one that applies.
The order process runs through Paddle: you choose a plan, enter your details, can review and correct them before submitting, and then place the order subject to payment. The purchase contract is concluded with Paddle. Which payment methods are available is shown by Paddle during checkout. You receive the invoice from Paddle by email; please keep it yourself.
The contract languages are German, English, Spanish and French. We do not separately store these Terms of Use for you; you can view, print or save them from this page at any time.
Because the purchase contract is concluded with Paddle, your right of withdrawal and any refunds are governed by Paddle's terms. Paddle informs you about this during checkout and in the order confirmation. Please contact Paddle directly in these cases. We are happy to help you find the right contact at servicedesk@gigi.band.
One free trial month of 30 days is provided per email address. It ends on its own, incurs no costs, nothing is charged, and it does not turn into a subscription. That an address has already had a trial is recorded — see the privacy policy for details.
An account is held by one person, the band admin. The six-digit band code is the same for all members. Only share it with people who belong to your band. No more devices can ever be signed in at once than your plan allows members.
Keep your password and band code safe. If you suspect that unauthorised people have obtained them, please reset them.
As band admin you enter your band members' data yourself and are responsible for informing them about it. Band members who sign in with the band code use Gigi under these terms as well.
Taking out a paid subscription requires you to be of legal age. This does not apply to band members who only sign in with the band code.
Lyrics, sheet music and setlists belong to you. We do not analyze them and do not pass them on. We acquire no rights to them; we store and display them only as far as necessary to provide the application to you.
You are responsible for being allowed to use the content you add — especially third-party lyrics and sheet music, which may be protected by copyright.
For the term of your subscription you receive the simple, non-transferable right to use Gigi Setlistmaker within the agreed scope. In particular, subletting or reselling access to third parties, offering the application commercially to third parties, and interference that disrupts operation or circumvents security measures are not permitted. Statutory rights, for instance to achieve interoperability, remain unaffected.
In the event of serious or repeated breaches we may temporarily suspend access; we will tell you the reason. Both sides retain the right to terminate for good cause.
Subscriptions run for one year and do not renew automatically. No cancellation is therefore necessary.
After expiry, a 30-day grace period follows during which everything continues normally. After that, access is locked until you renew. Nothing is deleted in the process. After renewal, all songs and setlists are immediately available again.
As a band admin you can delete your account yourself, immediately, at any time — at the bottom of “Band & member management”. Deleting the account irrevocably removes all associated bands, songs, sheet music and setlists. What remains, and why, is set out on the Delete account page.
Deleting during the term does not automatically end a subscription held with Paddle and does not in itself create a claim to a refund. Please contact Paddle about that.
We operate Gigi with the aim of continuous availability. The service may be briefly unavailable for maintenance; we schedule planned work at times of low usage where possible. We cannot rule out interruptions caused by faults outside our control — at the hosting provider or in your own internet connection.
For live performances we explicitly recommend the offline file. It contains your setlists including lyrics and works without an internet connection.
Your statutory rights in the event of defects in digital products remain unaffected. We provide Gigi in the contractually agreed condition for the term and supply the updates required for that.
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
For slightly negligent breaches of material contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment enables the proper performance of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance you regularly rely), liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability for slightly negligent damages is excluded.
The above limitations of liability also apply in favour of our employees and vicarious agents. Claims under the German Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
We may change these Terms of Use where this is necessary for legal reasons, because of a change to the application, or to remove ambiguities, and where the change does not unreasonably disadvantage you. We will inform you of changes affecting your existing subscription at least four weeks in advance, at the email address on file. If you do not object before the change takes effect, the changes are deemed accepted; we will point this out separately in the notice. If you object, you may end the contract as of the date the change takes effect.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state remain unaffected.
If the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's place of business.
These Terms of Use are available in four languages. The translations serve to aid understanding. In case of discrepancies the German version prevails, unless mandatory provisions of your state of residence determine otherwise.
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
