Who sells

Paid plans and the Gigi Box package are sold through our payment provider Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd). Paddle is the reseller (Merchant of Record): Paddle issues the invoice, collects the payment and handles refunds. Paddle's buyer terms apply in addition.

What you buy

Plan: access to Gigi Setlistmaker for one year from payment, within the limits of the chosen plan (limits and prices are shown on the start page).
No automatic renewal: the plan does not renew by itself and you are not charged again. We remind you by e-mail before it expires.
Gigi Box package: a one-time payment for the Stage Box software.

Cancellation

Since nothing renews automatically, there is nothing to cancel: the plan simply ends at the end of its term, followed by a 30-day grace period in which everything keeps working. Your songs and setlists are not deleted.

You can delete your account yourself at any time (see “Delete account”).

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal may end early if you expressly agreed at checkout that the service be provided immediately and you have already started using it – see Paddle's buyer terms for details.

Requesting a refund

Directly with Paddle at paddle.net – look up your purchase with the e-mail address you used at checkout.
Or with us at servicedesk@gigi.band. Please include the purchase e-mail address and the band name.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.
